| 摘 要： | 研究两个制造商与一个零售商的收益共享契约博弈模型,分析供需双方及供应链利润的最大化.对建立的契约模型进行仿真分析和比较,分别计算出批发价格契约和收益共享契约下零售商、制造商及供应链总体利润,证实收益共享契约可以有效协调供应链利润,产品间替代性对制造商的利润有消极影响.

| Abstract: | Revenue-sharing contract model between two manufacturers and one retailer under this supply chain structure is analyzed.The problem of how to maximize the profits of the whole supply chain and both sides with revenue-sharing contract is discussed.With simulation and comparison , the profits of retailer , manufacturers and the whole supply chain under both contract model are analyzed.The research result shows that revenue-sharing contract can coordinate the supply chain profits effectively , and products’substitutability level has negative impacts on the supply chain performance. |
