| 摘 要： | 探讨了企业可持续发展的关键因素即企业核心竞争力的内涵及特性，研究了培育企业核心竞争力的方法和途径，着重阐述了企业重组这一现代管理方法，并论述了核心能力与核心人才的关系。指出核心人才是企业最关键的资源。
