| 摘 要： | 对美国国家智能运输系统体系框架的开发过程、内容构成和实施策略进行了分析与总结．在对其框架定义发展模式和执行策略推进模式这两大核心内容进行梳理和分析的基础上，总结了美国国家智能运输系统的体系框架在设计思想、设计方法和与具体实施的关联性等方面的发展特点，并从以上几个方面出发，对我国在发展智能运输系统体系框架的完善过程中应注意的重点提出了建议．

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the process and the arrangement of the content and the deployment strategy of the ITS Architecture of USA. Through the analysis of the architecture definition and the implementation strategy which composed the core part of the National Architecture of USA, some characteristics about its idea of design, methodology of design and its relationship to the deployment was shown. Some advices to the process of our ITS Architecture promotion was given at last. |
