| Abstract: | This paper introduces the main repression forms of the state-owned assets, discusses on the necessity of establishing the state-owned special assets management institution, and points out that the state-owned assets should be managed in grade, make clear the division of the central and local rights and responsibilities, and guarantee the smooth management and supervision of the state-owned assets. |
