课程是教学计划的核心,对课程体系的研究不仅对课程设置本身有一定的指导、参考作用,而且直接关系到人才的培养和民族素质的提高,为了进一步优化我国的体育课程设置,采用文献资料、比较分析等方法,比较了我国与美国人才培养目标、体育课程设置、学习评价的差异,同时分析了我国在宏观课程设置方面存在的不足,为我国课程设置提供合理性建议.
