摘    要:人事分配制度改革是高校内部管理体制改革的重点与难点.以科学发展观作为推进高校人事分配制度改革的重要指针,分析高校人事分配制度改革的新情况、新特点,对实行校院两级管理、落实岗位设置管理、推行职称评聘分开、改革校内津贴分配制度等问题进行探讨.
