图书馆用户需求变化与服务模式研究

摘    要:图书馆读者需求具有层次的多样性,信息需求类型的多样性、时效性、个性化、应急性和便利性,信息需求手段和方式的技术化、多样化的特点。图书馆应充分利用网络实现资源的整合、加工和快速传递,转变读者服务工作理念,实现全方位的"智能化"信息服务,开展信息咨询活动,提供信息增值服务,开展信息检索教育,提高读者获取信息能力,有效地开展读者服务工作。

Abstract:The library readers needs are characterized by diversified levels as well as information needs with the characteristics of validity,individuation,emergency and convenience.The means of information needs is technical and various.The library can integrate,process and quicken delivery of the resources by the Internet;change the concept of service for readers,intelligentize all-round information service;offer information consultation and information added value service; offer education of information search to improve the readers' ability of information acquisition for more effective readers'service.
