| 摘 要： | 客户关系管理系统(CRM)主要由Html,Jsp,Xml编写,对基于Java语言的Ofbiz框架进行了二次开发,并结合了Tomcat,Xml,Ant等技术。CRM提供了综合、销售、合同、决策、服务、权限等模块供公司内部使用,使经理能够随时了解公司人员的工作进度,并且根据报表制定进一步的工作计划;公司职员则可以了解自己的任务及工作进程;销售人员能够按时准确掌握客户的需要,采取相应的措施,在最大程度上使客户满意。

| Abstract: | The Customer Relationship Management(CRM) system is compiled with Html,Jsp and Xml language,and the second development based on Ofbiz.The technologies such as Tomcat,Xml,Ant are combined in it.It offers the module of general,sale,contract,decision-making,service and popedom for the company,and let the manager know the process of each employee at any time,while the(employee) can know what to do the next.The salesman can precisely know the needs of the client,and makes the corresponding step and satisfy the client the most. |
