纳米石墨薄片制备及修饰的研究

摘    要:分析了超声波粉碎的原理和膨胀石墨及纳米石墨薄片的纳米微观结构,对超声波粉碎膨胀石墨制备纳米石墨薄片的条件,以及为了提高纳米石墨薄片在树脂中分散性和相容性,对其进行修饰等进行实验,讨论影响纳米石墨薄片粒度和修饰效果因素,得出较佳的超声波粉碎条件和修饰剂及用量。

Abstract:The principle of ultrasonic fragmentation and the microstructures of expanded graphite and nanographite sheets are analyzed in the paper. The experiments on the conditions of preparation of nano graphite sheets by ultrasonic fragmentation are carried out and on dressing of nano-graphite sheets are also carried out in order to increase its dispersity and compatibility in resin compounds, then factors affecting the size and dressing effect of nano-graphite sheets are discussed, finally, the better conditions of ultrasonic fragmentation, dressing agent and its dosage are given.
