| 摘 要： | 从铝箔轧制过程的实际出发，提出一个能够反映铝箔轧制过程物理变化规律的计算铝箔轧制力公式。本公式考虑铝箔入口和出口弹性变形和轧制铝箔两侧轧辊辊身端部弹性接触压力对轧制力的影响。本公式计算精确而且简便。

| Abstract: | The paper gives a rolling force formula of rolling aluminum foil, which indicates actual rolling process and physical deformation. The influence of the bite, the entrance and exit elastic deformation and the roller both ends contact pressure is considered. the formula is convenient and precise. |
