聚丙烯纤维混凝土喷层在矿业工程中的应用

随着煤炭开采向深部发展,地压显现十分明显,围岩变形量大,巷道破坏严重,对安全生产和经济效益产生较大的消极影响。采用普通混凝土喷层,施工后不久易出现裂缝,甚至逐渐发展到剥落和掉块,丧失了对围岩的封闭和支护作用,特别是在一批新型可伸长锚杆相继问世以后,这一不匹配问题更加突出。将聚丙烯纤维作为煤矿巷道混凝土喷层的辅助加强筋,能有效的解决这一难题。通过对聚丙烯纤维混凝土喷层的工业性试验研究可知,聚丙烯纤维有效提高了喷射混凝土的粘聚性,使喷层抗拉强度高、韧性好,且有效降低混凝土的回弹率和用量,施工工艺简单。由于不增加施工难度和工程费用,且力学性能优良质量可靠,在煤矿锚喷巷道支护中的应用前景十分广阔。

The Application of Polypropylene Fiber Concrete Spray Layer in Mining Engineering

With coal exploitation depth rise strata pressure obviously increases, which causes big deformation of the surrounding rocks and disastrous damage of roadways.It has very negative effects both in safety and economic aspects.Classic concrete spray layer cracks,even peels off and drops in blocks easily soon after it is done,which fails to confine and support the surrounding rocks.The problem of classic concrete spray layer mismatching with anchors becomes more serious with appearance of new type of extensible anchors.An effective solution to this problem is to apply polypropylene fiber concrete,a new compound material,as an auxiliary reinforcing bar to concrete spray layer.The industrial experiments of polypropylene fiber concrete spray layer indicated that polypropylene fiber concrete enhances the spray concrete's cohesion,and the spray layer's extension strength and its flexibility increase.The rebound ratio and dosage of concrete decrease.Polypropylene fiber concrete simplifies concrete spray technology.Without adding any additional performing difficulty or cost,polypropylene fiber concrete with excellent mechanical property and reliable quality has good prospect of application in roadway support by anchoring in coal mines.
