金川贫化电炉渣最佳Fe/SiO_2的研究及其应用

摘    要:本文首次借助计算机建立了金川公司贫化电炉渣含钴与Fe/SiO_2之间关系的数学模型,优化计算结果表明:在现有生产条件下,渣含钴最小时的最佳Fe/SiO_2为1.28,将此结论应用于金川贫化电炉生产,有效地降低了贫化电炉渣含钴、镍;年经济效益为1302.5万元。

Abstract:In this paper,by use of computer a mathmatical model,which connects the content of cobalt and the ratio of Fe/SiO_2 in the impoverised slags in Jinchuan Company,is developed for the first time. The result of calculation shows that under present circum-stances of production, the optimum ratio of Fe/SiO_2 is 1 .28.The result has been used in the production of the electric furnaces for cleaning slags, and which could efficiently reduce the content of cobalt and nickel in the impoverised slags of these furnaces,and which could produce per year is about 1 .5 million dollars.
