MBHD共聚物乳液的电解质稳定性

摘    要:合成了含有甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)和甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(DMAEMA)的四共聚物乳液(MBHD乳液),研究了乳化单体加入方式、聚合温度、非离子和阴离子乳化剂配比和用量及HEMA和DMAEMA用量也共聚物乳液电解质稳定性的相互关系,HEMA的引入可明显提高共聚物乳液的电解质稳定性,HEMA和DMAEMA用量增 利于获得亲水性大的乳胶粒和电解质稳定性高的共聚物乳液。

Abstract:The MBHD copolymer latex with hydroxyl methacrylate(HEMA) and dimethylamino ethyl methacrylate (DMAEMA) is synthesized. The effects of the feed policy of the emulsified monomers, polymerization temperature, the weight ratio of the non ionic to anionic emulsifier, the emulsifier content, and the content of the HEMA and DMAEMA on the electrolyte stability of the latex are investigated. The results show that a higher content of the HEMA, DMAEMA, and the emulsifiers is favorable for the electrolyte stability of the latex. The introduction of the monomer HEMA may improve the electrolyte stability of the copolymer latex because of the higher hydrophilicity of the particles. Raising polymerization temperature is also beneficial to the electrolyte stability of the latex due to the fact that bigger particles are formed. The electrolyte stability of the latex prepared by batch process is worse than that prepared by semi continuous process.
