| 摘 要： | 为了解决六西格玛DMAIC模型定义阶段存在的弱点,采用了发明问题解决理论TRIZ和问题分析与决策理论Kepner-Tregoe的状况评估模式以探查定义问题过程中的创新机会和有效地识别"正确"的问题.建立了使用六西格玛DMAIC模型定义问题的新流程,改进了六西格玛定义阶段存在的弱点.用一个实例说明了应用新流程定义问题的过程和方法,并证明了新流程定义问题的有效性.
