含孔对称复合层板纤维铺设角度最优设计

摘    要:复合材料的可设计性使工程设计可延伸到材料设计阶段。这里讨论了“积分型总极值”最优化方法在带孔的对称复合材料层合板纤维铺设角度优化中的一个应用。这里分剐对含椭圆孔、方形孔的单向铺层板、均匀斜交铺层板以及一般对称铺层板的各层纤维铺设角进行了最优化设计,使孔边的应力集中有明显的降低。实例表明“积分型总极值”最优化方法具有优化效果好和收敛速度较快的特点。

Abstract:This paper puts forward an effective numerical method for solving the optimization problems of symmetric fiber-reinforced laminates with a single hole. In doing so, a complex function theory is employed to analyze the stresses around the hole, where the fiber orientation angles are chosen as the design variables, along with the objective function is the maximum value of stress along the hole boundary. On basis of integration of functions, the Integral Global Optimization method is adopted to solve the problem in a systematic way. Examples indicate that the mathematical models and numerical method presented herein are reliable, effective and practicable due to their excellent efficiency, fast convergence and simplicity. The results drawn herein may serve as the reference for engineers.
