| 摘 要： | CVD金刚石是纯多晶结构,具有优异的物理和化学性能,综合了天然金刚石和聚晶金刚石的优点,非常适合制作各种高性能的机械加工工具,具有很广阔的发展空间.CVD金刚石机械加工工具应用主要包括三个方面:拉丝模、砂轮修整器和超硬刀具.

| Abstract: | CVD diamond is the pure polycrystalline construction and has excellent physical and chemical property.It combines the advantages of polycrystalline and monocrystalline diamond,is suitable for making high performance tools and has a wide developing space.The main mechanical applications of the CVD diamond include wire drawing die,abrasive grind wheel dresser and superhard cutting tools. |
