| 摘 要： | 为了研究喜树碱的药理性质,用比导数荧光光谱和紫外吸收光谱法分析了喜树碱在不同ｐＨ介质中的形态分布。结果表明,在体液介质（ｐＨ７．４）中,它主要以开环形式存在。

| Abstract: | The distribution of camptothecin and its ring opened form was studied by first derivative ratio spectrum of UV vis absorption and fluorescence spectrometry in different pH aqueous buffer solutions.It was shown that the CPT exists mainly in the opened ring form (Carboxylate form) in physiological pH. |
