摘    要:煤炭在我国能源生产与消费中具有绝对的主体地位,因此,煤炭工业的可持续发展对于我国能源大战略具有举足轻重的作用。而人才是实现可持续发展的有力保障。山西潞安(集团)五阳煤矿结合煤炭工业发展的大环境、集团公司及自身的发展战略,大力实施"人才强企"战略,为自身的可持续发展打下了坚实的基础。

Abstract:Coal has an absolute dominant position in production and consumption of energy. The sustainable development of the coal industry,therefore,plays a decisive role in China's grand strategy of energy. The talent is the guarantee for the sustainable development. Combined with the environment of coal industry,the development strategy of Shanxi Luan Group and Wuyang coal mine,Wuyang coal mine vigorously implemented the strategy of "talent thriving enterprise" and laid a solid foundation for the sustainable development.
