Inquiry into Young Teacher Development in Newly-established Universities

The final realization of the sustainable development of the newly-established universities is up to the enhancement of teaching staff construction and the improvement of teaching quality.The key issue of higher education development is to put close attention to the development of young teachers.This paper conducted empirical study on the young teachers of the newly-established universities and tried to find out the rule of young teachers' development.This can benefit young teachers' self-reflection on personal development,raise administrative level,concern for the development of young teachers,and additionally,lead to the harmonious and long-lasting development of the newly-established universities.
