| 摘 要： | 供试百合为DameBlanche和Mediterranee两个品种，结果表明：Medeterranee的再生能力比Dame Blanche强，DameBlanche和Mediterranee的最佳培养基分别为MS附加BA1．0mg/L,IAA0.5mg/L,NAA0.5mg/L和MS附加BA1．5mg/L,IAA0.5mg/L,NAA1.0mg/L.

| Abstract: | The regeneration ability of Dame blanche and Mediterranee was compared with each other by using tissue culture method, and the results shows the generation ability of Mediterranee was better than that of Dame blanche. The medium for Dame blanche growing was consisted of MS+BA, IAA and NAA, whose concentration were 1.0mg/L, 0.5mg/L and 1.0mg/L, respectively. |
