| 摘 要： | 探讨了汤饭子色素的提取工艺及有关性质，提出了75％乙醇浸提法，并测得该色素最高吸收高峰为354nm，研究发现该色素具有良好的耐酸、耐热、耐光、耐氧化性等性质．

| Abstract: | The paper reports relevant property and technology of pigment extracted from Viburnum setigerum. The way of 75% alcoho extraction was advanced. The most absorption peak is 354nm in water and alcohol. This pigment has character of acid - resisting, heat - resist-ing, light - resisting and oxidation - resisting etc. |
