汤饭子色素提取及性质研究

摘    要:探讨了汤饭子色素的提取工艺及有关性质,提出了75%乙醇浸提法,并测得该色素最高吸收高峰为354nm,研究发现该色素具有良好的耐酸、耐热、耐光、耐氧化性等性质.

Abstract:The paper reports relevant property and technology of pigment extracted from Viburnum setigerum. The way of 75% alcoho extraction was advanced. The most absorption peak is 354nm in water and alcohol. This pigment has character of acid - resisting, heat - resist-ing, light - resisting and oxidation - resisting etc.
