摘    要:基于对某越野车所建电子样车的虚拟仿真分析,得到后桥总成在典型工况下相关位置的最大载荷,然后以此载荷为计算载荷,采用有限元方法对该车后桥壳的结构进行强度、刚度计算及模态分析.根据计算结果分析,指出了其结构存在的缺点,提出了改进方案.经过少量试产,桥壳再无断裂现象,获得了满意的效果.图7,表3,参8.

Abstract:Based on the simulation analysis of the dynamic vehicle model,the maximum loads on the relative positions were obtained as the input load under typical conditions. The strength,stiffness and mode shape of the rear axle housing was calculated via finite elemant methool(FEM). The paper points out the disadvantages of the rear axle housing was point out, provides the improvement was provided. After the trial production, there is no fracture in the improved housing.7figs.,3tabs.,8refs.
