PMP杂环碳-4-酰基化反应的初步研究

摘    要:本文通过实验对Jensen反应的机理提出修正和补充。可以初步认为在氢氧化钙的作用下PMP碳-4酰基键是直接一步协同缩合形成的。氢氧化钙在反应中不仅起着碱催化剂的作用,而且在PMP杂环碳-4酰基键的形成过程中起着有利于成键的模板作用。

Abstract:The mechanism of Jensen reaction has been revised and supplemented by the aid of the experiments. It can be thought that carbon-4 acyl bond of PMP was formed by a direct one step concerted condensation uner the action of calcium hydroxide. The calcinm hydroxide not only served as a catalyst for the reaction but also act as template administer to forming carbon-4 acyl bond of PMP heterocycle.
