| 摘 要： | 依法治档，很大程度是通过档案行政执法来实现的。档案行政执法是档案法制建设不可缺少的重要环节。也是依法治档的关键因素和重大举措。要使档案法律、法规落到实处。关键在于从严监督。文章探讨了如何把监督和业务指导有机结合起来，更好地为档案事业服务。

| Abstract: | Filing according to the law is realized in a great degree through the administrative legislation of archives, which is indispensable in the legal construction of files and key to filing according to the law. To carry out filing laws and regulations, strict supervision should be emphasized. This article has discussed how to combine organically supervision and professional guidance to serve the filing cause. |
