五十四岁才起步的科学史家——张之杰先生访谈录

台湾学者张之杰先生早在20世纪70年代就对科学史产生了兴趣，但一直没有写过正规的科学史论文，直到1996年1月为了参加第七届国际中国科学史研讨会，才认真地写了一篇科学史论文．在研讨会上，这篇论文让人感到新奇，也让张先生有了自信．此后，张先生放弃探索多年的民间宗教、民间文学和西藏文学，而专心于科学史研究．1997年，张先生发起成立了“科史会”．此后张先生成果不断，发表科学史论文三十余篇，一般论述文章百余篇，得到科学史界的充分肯定．

Aged people may still cherish high aspirations --Interview with Mr. Zhang Zhi-jie

Mr. Zhang Zhijie, Taiwan scholars, interest in the history of science as early as the 1970s, but has not written a formal history of science papers until January 1996, the 7th International History of Science Seminar. The paper makes very novel, and also let him gained confidence. Since then, he has to give up to explore the the years folk religion, folk literature and Tibetan Literature, and concentrate research on history of Science . In 1997, Mr. Zhang initiated the establishment of ＂Association for the History of Sci- ence＂. Since that, Mr. Zhang has published more than 30 papers of the history of science, over one hundred of the general discussion of the article, the full recognition of the history of science community.
