摘    要:采用SEM、EDS等方法研究了钢中成分偏析和硫化物夹杂对610L冷弯性能的影响。研究结果表明锰含量较高的610L连铸过程中的易造成成分偏析导致带状组织的产生,带状组织在2.5级以上极易发生冷弯开裂。通过采用电磁搅拌,轧制工艺优化等方式,改善了钢板的性能,带状组织级别控制在2级以下。针对断口处硫化物夹杂的异常偏聚造成了610L大梁钢的冷弯开裂现象,通过改变炼钢成分钙处理和加入适量的Ti元素改变硫化物形态,减少硫化物的危害。有效地解决了试验钢冷弯裂纹开裂问题,创造了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:Using SEM, EDS,and OM and other methods studied the influence of segregation and sulphide inclusions in the composition of 610L. The results show that higher levels of manganese in the continuous casting process of 610L composition segregation could easily lead to the production of banded,If the banded at the 2.5 prone to cold cracking. It used electromagnetic stirring, roiling process optimization, etc. , to improve the performance of steel cold cracking. It' s banded level control in the two below. For fracture of individual batches containing sulphide inclu- sions and abnormal segregation resulting in cold-formed steel beams cracking 610L, which changing the steel compo- nents of calcium handling and adding an appropriate amount of Ti element changes shape sulfide, sulfur reduction hazards. The problem of test steel cold-formed crack has been effectively solved and creating a good economic bene-fits.
