木贼科5种配子体发育的研究

摘    要:本文以室内培养的方法,用光镜和扫描电镜详细地比较观察了我国产的木贼科5种植物:问荆(EquistumarvenseL.),林问荆(E·silvaticumL.),水生问荆(E.fluvistileL.),犬问荆(E.PalustreL.)和木贼(Hippochaetehiemale(L.)Borner)的孢子形态,孢子萌发和丝状体、原叶体,尤其是精子器的结构,我们认为木贼科分为两个属即问荆属和木赋属是合理的.

Abstract:Using the light, phase contrast and scanning electronic microscopy, all stages of the development of the cultuling gametophytes in Equisetum arvence L, E. silvaticum L, E. fluviatile L., E. palustre L. and Hippochaete hiemale (L.)Borner from China have comparatively studied in detail. On the basis of the spore morphology and gemrination, the filament and prothallus, and specially the structure of the antheridium. We consider that it is a rational view, the Equisetaceae should be divided into two genera:Equisctum and Hippochaete.
