| 摘 要： | 以澳大利亚和中国的两份具有代表性的报纸--《人民日报》和《悉尼晨锋报》(The Sydney Morning Herald)作为研究对象,对上述两家报纸在2003年6-9月期间刊登的环境报道进行比较分析,既概括了它们彼此不同的特征,亦总结出两者之间的共同之处:环境问题已成为新世纪两国媒体报道的亮点.

| Abstract: | This paper compares environmental coverage from People's Daily and the Sydney Morning Herald(July-September 2003),two leading dailies of China and Australia.With both content analysis and theoretical outline,the paper concludes that the environmental reporting has become a highlight for the international media in the 21st centuy. |
