| 摘 要： | 研究投喂促黄体素释放激素类似物(LHRH-A)粗制品8周对鲫鱼Carassius auratus生长激素释放和生长速率的影响.每kg含1.00g LHRH-A粗制品的饲料能显著促进鲫鱼体质量和体长的增长(P＜0.05);血清生长激素含量亦有所升高,但与对照组相比没有显著差异;肌肉和肝脏的生化成分分析表明,实验组与对照组没有显著差异.以上结果提示,投喂LHRH-A粗制品可以促进鲫鱼生长而不影响它营养成分的含量. |

| Abstract: | The effects of LHRH_A oral administration on growth and growth hormone release were studied in goldfish. The body weight and body length increased significantly compared with the control (P<0.05) while fed with coarse LHRH_A 1\^00 g/kg diet for 8 weeks in goldfish. The levels of serum GH were dose_dependently increased with the LHRH_A contents in diet, but had no significant difference with the control. The contents of moisture, ash, lipid and protein in goldfish muscle and liver were similar to that in the control. The results indicated that the growth could be accelerated by LHRH_A (crude product) with no significant changes in the contents of nutritious component in goldfish. |
