| 摘 要： | 针对科技期刊审稿中存在的周期过长、协作困难等问题,讨论了基于"平台即服务"的科技期刊审稿方法及系统建设问题,系统能够实现出版流程和在线审稿、版本管理的功能,可以降低购置专用设备及配备维护人员等成本.

| Abstract: | Aiming at problems of review in technical journals of long period and collaboration difficult,review method and system construction are discussed based on "Platform as a Service(PaaS)".The system can realize functions of publishing process,review online and version management.And the system can reduce costs of purchasing special equipment,allocating accendants and so on. |
