铜陵市不同年龄段阴道炎患者阴道分泌物霉菌及滴虫检出率比较分析

目的比较铜陵市不同年龄段阴道炎患者阴道分泌物霉菌及滴虫检出率,探讨该地区霉菌性及滴虫性阴道炎发病与年龄的关系。方法分析本院妇科门诊4187例阴道炎患者阴道分泌物常规湿片法检查结果。根据患者年龄将其分为20~29岁组、30~39岁组、40~49岁组、50~59岁组、≥60岁组,比较不同年龄组阴道分泌物霉菌及滴虫检出率。结果 20~29岁组、30~39岁组、40~49岁组、50~59岁组、≥60岁组霉菌检出率依次为15.2%、13.6%、12.1%、6.5%、3.4%,20~29岁组、30~39岁组、40~49岁组霉菌检出率均显著高于50~59岁组、≥60岁组(P0.01);滴虫检出率依次为2.0%、6.8%、18.2%、5.9%、1.4%,40~49岁组滴虫检出率均显著高于其他各年龄组(P0.01)。结论铜陵市霉菌性阴道炎好发于20~49岁女性,滴虫性阴道炎好发于40~49岁女性。

COMPARISON ANALYSIS OF THE DETECTION RATES OF FUNGUS AND TRICHOMONAS IN VAGINAL DISCHARGE AMONG WOMEN PATIENTS OF DIFFERENT AGES WITH VAGINITIS IN TONGLING CITY

Objective: To compare the detection rates of fungus and trichomonas in vaginal discharge among women patients of different ages with vaginitis in Tongling city, to investigate the relationship between pathogenesis of mycotic vaginitis and trichomonas vaginitis and ages in the city. Methods: The examination results of vaginal discharge by conventional wet-film methods in 4187 patients with vaginitis were retrospectivly analyzed. Patients with viginitis were divided into 20~29 years old group, 30~39 years old group, 40~49 years old group, 50~59 years old group, over or equal to 60 years old group. The detection rates of fungus and trichomonas in vaginal discharge in different age groups were compared. Results: The detection rates of fungus in 20~29 years old group, 30~39 years old group, 40~49 years old group, 50~59 years old group, over or equal to 60 years old group were 15.2%, 13.6%, 12.1%, 6.5% and 3.4% respectively, the detection rates of former three groups were higher than those of the last two group (P<0.01); and the detection rates of trichomonas were 2.0%, 6.8%, 18.2%, 5.9% and 1.4% in turn, the rate in 40~49 years old group were higher than those in other groups. Conclusion: Mycotic vaginitis occurs in 20~49 years old women, and trichomonas vaginitis occurs in 40~49 years old women in Tongling city.
