| 摘 要： | 光泽黄颡鱼的成熟卵直径约1.57mm，激素催产获得成功，受精卵圆形、橙黄色，遇水膨胀，直径为2．01mm。水温在22－25℃时，胚胎孵化需要52.5h。讨论并比较了该鱼和其它鱼类胚胎发育的特点。

| Abstract: | The fully mature unferitlized egg of Pseudobagrus nitidus is about 1.57 mm in diameter. The spawning have successfully been induced by injecting hormone. The fertilized eggs of the fish are spherical and orange-yellowish. The diameter of swollen egg is 2.01 mm in water. When the water temperature is 22-25℃, hatching of embryo needs 52.5 h. Some problems relevant to the characters of the embryonic development have been discussed and the feature of the development of this fish is compared with those of others. |
