摘    要:分析和比较了几种DC/DC电源模块并联均流技术,介绍了Unitrode公司生产的UC3907芯片内部结构和功能。在此基础上,设计出一种基于UC3846和UC3907的带自动均流的大功率DC/DC变换器的控制电路。提出了在UC3907的14脚和6脚之间接一电阻,从而解决电源模块并联运行时主控与辅控交替的现象,有效控制每个电源模块均摊总负载电流。

Abstract:Several methods of sharing current in the parallel-connected DC/DC converter are analyzed and compared. The inner structure and function of the UC3907 produced by Unitrode Company is introduced. The control circuit of a high power DC/DC converter with automatic load sharing is designed based on UC3846 and UC3907. In order to resolve the problem of the alternate between main control and assist control in the power module under parallel connection,a method that a resistance is connected between the pin No.14 and the pin No.6 of UC3907 is presented so that the output current of each power module can be controlled effectively and all the load current shared evenly.
