狭叶柴胡甲醇提取物的气相色谱-质谱分析

摘    要:对狭叶柴胡全草经甲醇浸泡,超声波震荡提取后用气相色谱-质谱联用技术进行化学成分的分离鉴定,结合计算机检索技术,鉴定它们的结构,应用色谱峰面积归一法测定各组分的相对百分含量。结果:共分离出33个色谱峰,鉴定了其中的29个组分,占总含量的97.3%。其中主要组分核黄素18.3%,5-甲基-2,4-哌嗪二酮为12.2893%,8-烯环-16-碳酸酯为11.947%,环氧丙烯醚为5.8394%,5-羟甲基-呋喃甲醛为5.5726%等。

Abstract:To study the methanol-soluble components of B.scorzonerifolium.The methanol-soluble components of B.scorzonerifolium were obtained by ultrasonic wave,and the components were separated and identified by GC-MS.The relative percentage of each composition was determined by area normalization.33 peaks were found and 29 of them were identified representing 97.3% of the total contents.The relative contents of Xanthosine(18.3%),5-methyl-2,4(1H,3H)-Pyrimidinedione(12.2893%),Oxacycloheptadec-8-en-2-one(11.947%),Oxirane(5.8394%),5-hydroxymethyl-2-Furancarboxaldehyde(5.5726%) were higher than other methanol-soluble components.HJ*3/5]
