旅游企业员工流失问题浅析

摘    要:员工的过度流失会给旅行社、饭店等旅游企业的经营与管理带来一系列的负面影响,同时也反映了旅游企业的管理及旅游院校的传统教育模式存在着严重问题。本从员工流失的原因、影响等方面进行分析、探讨,并从旅游企业管理和旅游院校教育两个角度提出了解决这一问题的思路与对策。

Abstract:The phenomenon of frequent and over job-hopping brings about a serious of negative impact on tourist enterprises' running and managing, such as travel agencies and hotels. Meanwhile, it also mirrors the serious problem existed in the aspect of enterprises' management and travel learning institution's traditional teaching model. The author analyzed and discussed the cause of this phenomenon and its influence, and further put forward flexible ways and solutions to the problem from angles of tourist enterprises and travel learning institutions respectively.
