摘    要:
用共沉淀法制备复合Al_2O_3-SiO_2超细粒子。研究了不同的加料方式、反应物初始浓度配比以及干燥方式对合成过程和粒子性能的影响规律。考察了Al_2O_3-SiO_2超细粉末的物理性能和用作光固化复合树脂的无机填料的使用性能。结果表明,合成的Al_2O_3-SiO_2超细粒子为球形,粒径小,单分散性能良好。复合树脂的透明度、光洁度以及固化深度等性能指标与进口的拜耳产品相当。

Abstract:
Composite Al_2O_3-SiO_(?) ultrafine particles were prepared by co-precipitation method. The effects of the feeding ways, the initial concentration of the reactants and the drying methods on the particle morphology were studied. The physical properties and the application behaviour of the composite powders as the filler of light solidification composite resin were investigated. The experimental results showed that the Al_2O_3-SiO_2 particles prepared are spherical, ultrafine and of good monodispersity. Some properties such as transparency, glossiness and curing degree of the composite resin were comparable with those of Bayer's products.
