富Zr相对NdFeB合金HDDR粉末磁各向异性的影响

摘    要:研究了添加Zr的NdFeB合金中富Zr相的形成对HDDR粉末磁各向异性的影响.结果表明,NdFeZrB合金的HDDR粉末基本上是磁各向同性的,但是NdFe-CoZrB合金的HDDR粉末却显示出很强的磁各向异性特征.显微组织的观察发现,两种合金中富Zr相的种类、数量和化学成分存在明显的差别,其中Co和Zr的复合添加对富Zr相的形成具有抑制作用,这是相应HDDR粉末具有显著磁各向异性的主要原因

Abstract:The effect of the formation of the Zr rich phase on magnetic anisotropy of HDDR received NdFeB powders was investigated. Magnetic measurements revealed that the HDDR received powder of NdFeZrB alloy is basically isotropic, whereas that of NdFeCoZrB alloy is anisotropic. Microstructural observations found that the Zr rich phase in two alloys is different from each other and the co addition of Co and Zr depresses the formation of the Zr rich phase to some extent, which is the reason for the remarkable anisotropy of HDDR received powder of NdFeCoZrB alloy.
