通过对铜基粉末喷涂层进行高频感应重熔试验及对重熔层进行显微分析，成份分析，相组成分析研究，探讨在感应重熔条件下铜基类涂层的熔化特征，界面结构，组织性能等变化规律，首镒将１种非自熔性自熔性铜基合金重熔成功，并获得了较满意的结合强度的组织结构。

The Research of Induction Fusing of Copper Based Coatings

This paper is based on a series of radio frequency induction fusing tests on the coatings of copper based alloys.By way of microstructure, microconstituent and phase constituent analyses, this paper studied the coating melting, the construction of the conjunction interface, and the feature of the coating constituent and so on, during the fusing process. A non self fluxing coating of copper based alloy has been fused well for the first time with more satisfactory combining intensity and metallurgy structure.
