| 摘 要： | 学科馆员作为网络环境下个性化服务的具体体现,是一种创新的服务模式,在西方发达国家已有几十年的发展历史,在我国许多重点大学图书馆也已展开了此项工作。建立"学科馆员"制度,既可以满足用户庞大的信息化需求,又可以满足用户个性化服务的需求,还可以满足用户培训水平提高的需求。建立"学科馆员"制度,还要求学科馆员必须具有良好的专业素质和思想素质;同时要建立规范的工作责任制度,并在实施过程中要防止学科馆员综合素质不高,考评体系不健全,服务模式不完善等问题。
