| 摘 要： | 本文使用定量预测技术对房地产进行宏观需求预测,通过Matlab,对历史数据进行处理,得到多种曲线拟合的数学模型,并利用主成分分析筛选要素,最后建立主成分回归曲线模型来进行预测。
