| 摘 要： | 多功能齿轮试验台是一种自行开发的能够进行多种齿轮试验的装置.采用单片机加A/D转换器,结合温度、压力、扭矩等传感器设计了数据采集系统硬件结构,采用Dephi并内嵌汇编语言编写了数据采集软件,满足了齿轮传动试验所需要的高精度、实时采集实验数据的要求.

| Abstract: | The multi-function gear bed is a kind of gear test equipment,which can used for many kinds of gear tests.In the paper,we design a hard ware of data acquisition system by use of single chip computer,A/D converter and temperature sensor,press sensor,torque sensor,and design its software by use of Dephi and assembly language.This system can satisfy the need of real-time in data acquisition of gear test. |
