| 摘 要： | 通过对受灾民营企业实地调研和深入访谈,针对灾后民营企业恢复重建中资金分配出现的关键问题,以统筹优选思想与方法为方法支撑,以资金分配原则和重建原则为指导思想,构建民营企业重建资金链分配的模式框架,提出重建资金的统筹分配模式.该模式包括外分资金供应链优化模式和内分资金供应链优化模式,并通过建立重建资金分配的闭环控制流程和重建资金分配的监管体系,系统化灾后民营企业重建资金的统筹分配.
