| 摘 要： | 采用介观结构中一维量子波导理论，在给定结点处波函数的边界条件情况下，研究对称环型介观结构的量子干涉晶体管中的电子输运特征，具体讨论了gate长度L以及环周长对电子输运性质的影响。

| Abstract: | In this paper,one-dimensional quantum waveguide theory for mesoscopic structures is proposed,and the boundary condition of the wave function at an intersection are given.Transport properties of the electron in quantum interference transistors having the symmetric ring mesoscopic structures are discussed,and the influence of the length of gate and the circumference of the ring to transport properties of the electron are studied concretely. |
