| Abstract: | To meet the demands of the development of education in institutions of higher learning, the author of this paper expounds that, the library should constantly bring forth new ideas and concentrate its service on the readers, the undergraduates and the teaching and administrative staff. Undergraduates take part in and help improve the people-oriented management, thereby, the library could serve the people-oriented education of the college better. |
