缓冲垫对人体前掌部足底压力的影响

摘    要:选取12名健康无足患男青年受试对象,试穿两种不同类鞋垫(鞋垫前掌部无凸面普通款、缓冲垫款)的同款同码运动鞋,进行相同的跑台慢跑测试,跑速为8km/h.使用novel鞋垫足底压力测试系统,将足底分为足趾部、足掌部、足弓部和足全前掌部(不包含足弓)四个压力分区,采集受试者前掌部的足底压力值.结果显示:试穿缓冲垫款鞋垫时,受试者足趾部最大足底压力值和平均足底压力值均显著高于普通款(p〈0.05),而普通款鞋垫足掌部和足全前掌部最大足底压力值和平均足底压力值均显著高于缓冲垫款鞋垫(p〈0.05),除此之外,两款鞋垫足弓部足底压力值无显著性差异(p〉0.05).以上结论表明,前掌缓冲垫可有效降低人体足掌部和足全前掌部足底压力值,但会对足趾部足底压力产生相反效果,对足弓部足底压力无明显影响.

Abstract:Randomly separate 12 healthy young men without foot injury, try on two different types of insoles with the same yard sports shoes (the general style without convex section ,cushion style),carry on the same treadmill jogging test, the running speed is 8km/h, collect the front sole plantar pressure of the subjects through Novel insole plantar pressure measurement system, divided plantar into four pressure parts: toe, foot palm, foot arch and whole front foot palm. The indexes are maximum plantar pressure(N) and mean plantar pressure(N).Result shows:When try on cushion, the maximum plantar pressure value and mean plantar pressure of toe are significant higher than the general style (p〈0.05).The maximum plantar pressure value and mean plantar pressure of foot palm and whole front foot of cushion style are significant lower than the general style (p〈 0.05) .The plantar pressure of foot arch shows no difference between two styles (p〉0.05). Conclutions: The cushion can effectively decrease plantar pressure of foot palm and whole front foot palm, but have opposite effect on toe and no effect on foot arch.
