摘    要:本文基于FITC的共轭体系碳原子上的π电子效应,建立了测定痕量盐酸氯丙嗪(CPZ)的新方法.该方法线性范围宽,选择性好。体系简单、操作方便,适合于人血清与人尿液CPZ残留分析。结果与气相色谱法(GC).相吻合.根据人血清中CPZ残留量与致死量的相关性,本方法还可以用于临床诊断.同时,探讨了FITCSSRTP测定痕量CPZ的反应机理.

Abstract:In this paper, the method for the determination of residual chlorpromazlne hydrochloride (CPZ) has been designed based on the π-electron effect of carbon atom in fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) conjugated system. This method with simple and easy operation is suitable for the residue analysis of CPZ in human serum and urine due to the higher sensitivity, wider linear range and better selectivity, and the testing results consist with those obtained by gas chromatography (GC). This method can also be used to diagnose human disease based on the correlation between the residual quantity and lethal dose of CPZ in human serum. Simultaneity, also discussed in this paper is the reaction mechanism of the determination of CPZ through solid substrate room temperature phosphorimetry (SSRTP).
