| Abstract: | With the development of social economy, students at higher vocational colleges face great challenges and pressure in the respect of employment. However, some of them have some improper psychological qualities on employment at present, which affects their employment ability. Therefore, we should strengthen the psychological quality-oriented education of employment in the career guidance to fully expand the space of employment. |
