| 摘 要： | 《中华人民共和国中外合作办学条例》已于2003年9月1日开始施行。这部条例是我国在入世后高等教育、职业教育以及民办教育开放度越来越大的情况下制定的。《条例》内容丰富,也较为完善。本文以比较研究的方式,从中外合作办学的基本政策、中外合作办学的性质和范围等10个方面对其条例主要条款进行了解读。

| Abstract: | Regulation of PRC for Chinese - Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools ( hereinafter" Regulation" )will be in force as of September 1,2003. This Regulation, in rich and near - perfect nature, is established with even more rapid development of Chinas opening up to outside in such fields as higher education, vocational education and civil education . In this article, this Regulation is explained and analysed, in the way of comparative study, in ten aspects, including basic principles of jointly running of schools, its nature and scopdes,etc. |
