光催化降解甲基蓝溶液

摘    要:用TiO2粉末作催化剂,用甲基蓝溶液模拟有机废水,用高压汞灯模拟日光光照条件,研究了甲基蓝溶液的光催化降解过程.研究结果表明,对质量浓度为8 mg/L和pH=5的甲基蓝溶液,加入粒度为20~30 nm的锐钛型TiO2粉末使其质量浓度为0.4 g/L,并加入30%的H2O2使其体积分数达到4%,经250 W高压汞灯光照120min,会产生TiO2/H2O2协同催化效应,甲基蓝的降解率达到91%.

Abstract:Using titania dioxide as activator, methyl blueness simulating waste water, and high voltage mercury lamp simulating sunlight, the degradation of methyl blueness by photocatalysis was studied. The results show that adding TiO_2 power and 30% H_2O_2 to 500 ml, pH=5 and (8 mg/L) methyl blueness liquor, until the mass concentration and ratio by volume reach to 0.4 g/L and 4%, respectively. Lighting for 120 min, the max degradation rate reach to 91% because of the cooperate catalysis of TiO_2 and H_2O_2.
