金属材料压缩曲线三参数模型及应用

摘    要:利用工程材料手册中现有的金属材料拉伸应力-应变曲线及参数,通过以三参数形式表示的真实应力-自然应变关系曲线,导出了压缩应力-应变关系曲线三参数模型,并应用于金属蜂窝夹芯板弹塑性屈曲分析。同时进行了蜂窝夹芯板弹塑性屈曲实验研究。分析对比表明,理论分析结果与实验结果吻合得很好。最后讨论说明在进行金属构件弹塑性稳定分析时,应用压缩应力-应变曲线求解比用拉伸应力-应变曲线分析求解更合理。

Abstract:The nominal compressive stress strain curve is deduced from the actual stress strain curve on the base of engineering tensile stress strain curve. It is used to have plastic modification of elastic plastic stability analysis of honeycomb sandwich plates. The modified results coincide with experimental ones very well. It is indicated that using the nominal compressive stress strain curve is more reasonable than using the tensile stress strain curve for studying elastic plastic stability of metallic component.
